No one has been overseeing a trust fund for three cemeteries, while more than $43,000 for their upkeep was sitting unspent in a deceased supervisor’s bank account.

Each holiday season, the cemetery puts wreaths on graves of the 11,000 veterans buried there.
The cemetery is about to achieve a status very few cemeteries of its kind have ever accomplished.
