Because the substitute driver isn't ready, school bus No. 1950 will not have a driver on Wednesday, so parents with children on that bus will have to get them to school another way.
Jason Radford said the district has also taken steps to prevent students from vaping in schools, including installing "sensors which track vaping and help deter and keep that from happening in our schools because that's another way to ensure our students are safe."
The school district currently has about 10 drivers in training and three routes left that need drivers.
Hardin County will receive $10.6 million for its career and technical education, cleaner water projects, nonprofits, tourism and law enforcement.
