Two men were arrested by Louisville police for allegedly stealing credit cards from elderly people's wallets and going on shopping sprees.

The couple used the credit cards to pay for vacations, rental cars, utility bills, groceries, and other items.

The latest search warrants released Wednesday outline new records and allegations in the case against former Clark County, Indiana, Sheriff Jamey Noel.

According to court documents, 22-year-old Summer Burton was arrested by officers with the Mt. Washington Police Department on Thursday, Aug. 17.

The Jackson County Sheriff said the department began investigating in October 2019.
