The FBI on Tuesday arrested a couple from Owensboro, Kentucky, and a man from Benton, Kentucky for their alleged involvement in the riot. 

Investigators say the man was later spotted in the video "carrying a wooden baton in the midst of the large crowd of rioters" near a tunnel that leads into the Capitol. 

The men were arrested in Lexington, Kentucky. 

When contacted by investigators, Robert Bauer said he and his wife traveled to Washington from Kentucky to President Donald Trump's rally on Jan. 6, according to an FBI special agent.
