A death investigation is underway after a 4-year-old boy was found unresponsive Sunday in Louisville's Newburg neighborhood.

When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a two-story vacant building on fire.

EMS was called, but police said the man died at the scene. 

Louisville firefighters responded Friday morning to a two-story building fire at a senior living community in Crescent Hill.

According to TRIMARC, the crash was reported around 4:45 p.m.

A Louisville Metro Police officer stopped a firefighter from jumping off the Lincoln Bridge.

Louisville Fire spokesperson Capt. Donovan Sims said firefighters went to a house fire in the 1700 block of Hale Avenue near Dixie Highway around 5:30 p.m.
