The child's mother is facing several charges, including vehicular homicide, DUI, and wanton endangerment. 

Patrick Dene Harvey, 25, of Brownsburg, Indiana, died after his UPS tractor-trailer crashed into another tractor-trailer while stopped in traffic on Tuesday.

The crash happened just before 2 a.m. on Lower River Road.

It happened around 2:45 a.m. in the 6700 block of Grade Lane.

Firefighters were called to put out the car fire on Bardstown Road near Interstate 265 around 6:45 p.m.

The double-decker bridge that carries traffic on I-71/I-75 was damaged in a fiery crash on Nov. 11.

Details on what started the pursuit have not been released, and there is no word on the condition of other people involved in the violent crash.
