The Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) rolling list of potentially dangerous hand sanitizers has just expanded -- again.
(FOXBUSINESS) -- Hand sanitizers that are marketed to children are being recalled so they won’t eat them.
The Food and Drug Administration said the brands’ products contain methanol, which can be toxic when absorbed through the skin or ingested.
The recalled product is used as a hand sanitizer and moisturizer
An additional three people are in critical condition, the New Mexico Department of Health said in a statement. "All seven people are believed to have drunk hand sanitizer containing methanol," it said.
