Develop Louisville said many people behind on rent worked in service or hospitality jobs, which were hard hit by the pandemic.
The state has paid out nearly $65 million during the pandemic to nearly 10,000 households.
The fund will offer 100% of past-due rent for those eligible, dating back to April 2020, according to a news release.
