A Jeffersonville man is facing several fraud charges after police said he took money for a construction project and never finished it.

Michael Kirby, 51, of Jeffersonville, was arrested by Indiana State Police following an investigation into allegations that he provided false information about his qualifications to the Clark County Probation Department.
