LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Jeffersonville man was arrested Friday after he allegedly robbed a bank in Clarksville last week.
The robbery happened Jan. 30, at the Stock Yards Bank and Trust on E. Lewis and Clark Parkway in Clarksville, according to a news release from the Clarksville Police Department.
Investigators used Flock cameras, which can read and identify thousands of plates per minute, to identify the suspect -- Orville James Morris of Jeffersonville.
After keeping Morris under surveillance, he was taken into custody on Feb. 2, with the assistance of the Clark County Regional SWAT team.
Morris appeared in court on Feb. 6 on one count of robbery. A judge entered a not guilty plea on his behalf, and he remains jailed at the Clark County Jail with a $25,000 cash bond.
His next court appearance is scheduled for March 13.
