Interstate 75 in Laurel County, Kentucky was closed for several hours after multiple people were shot on Saturday evening, according to police.
Federal agents are using a new tool in Kentucky, technology aimed at helping investigators solve crimes faster and track guns used in violent crimes.
Officers said 911 operators received several calls of a wrong-way driver traveling north in the southbound lanes before the crash happened.
An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
