Richard Allen, the man accused of the 2017 murders of Abby Williams and Libby German, is asking the Indiana Supreme Court to have his original lawyers reinstated and the special judge removed.Â
The hearing will be held Jan. 18 with added security by Indiana State Police, however Richard Allen isn't expected to be in attendance.
According to court documents, Mitchell Westerman is a friend and former co-worker of attorney Andrew Baldwin.
