Harrison County Prosecutor Otto Schalk said Chaz Davis is incarcerated in Kentucky on unrelated charges but will be extradited to Indiana to face charges in the murder of LilDon Williams.

Harrison County Prosecutor Otto Schalk said he expects charges against a second suspect "will be filed imminently."

Police said two men followed him to southern Indiana and waited for three hours. As Williams approached his car, the two men opened fire with assault-style weapons. 

It has been just over three months since LilDon Williams was killed in the casino parking garage. 

Antwaun Proctor was sentenced to 45 years in prison with no chance of probation.
