The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified Monday a mother and her teen daughter who were shot and killed last week in Louisville’s Portland neighborhood.

Authorities have identified one of the victims killed in a shooting in Old Louisville earlier this week. 

A $1 million bond was set Wednesday for a man charged with fatally shooting a mother and her 14-year-old daughter Tuesday in Louisville's Portland neighborhood.

LMPD responded to an apartment complex just before 4 p.m. Friday on a report from a "concerned citizen" about a vehicle that was left running.
