Three people died from smoke inhalation, and two people, who jumped from the 3-story home, had serious physical injuries in the July 2015 fire in Old Louisville.
Louisville Metro Arson said a fire was set at Wholesale Jim's at 3608 Dixie Highway on June 24 at 1:05 a.m.
Two people inside the store when the fire was started sustained burn injuries.
The man was last seen walking near the scene of the fire shortly after the incident.
After they were cleared by investigators of any wrongdoing, WDRB removed their images from this story.
According to court documents, 36-year-old Clara Crafton and 36-year-old Alexis McCord are both charged with first-degree Arson and first-degree Wanton Endangerment.
