LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating. 

Aaron Ellis, a spokesman for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to the 5500 block of Lodema Way just before 4 a.m. on a reported shooting.

Kanye Easley, 21, is charged with complicity to murder in Rayjon Baskin's July 18, 2024, shooting death.

Michael Saye Wehdah, a Louisville Metro Corrections Officer, lived in Louisville with his wife and teenage son. 

It happened around 8:10 a.m. in the 1100 block of Bicknell Avenue, near Peachtree Avenue.

Louisville Metro Police responded to a shooting in the 1000 block of S. 26th Street around 4:30 p.m. 

A 34-year-old Louisville woman was identified as the victim of Friday's fatal shooting in the Bon Air neighborhood.
