LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man is dead after a shooting in Louisville Saturday afternoon.
Louisville Metro Police responded to a reported shooting around 3 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of S. 10th Street in Louisville's Algonquin neighborhood, department spokesperson Matt Sanders said.
Sanders said when officers arrived, they found a man in his 30s in the backseat of a car who had been shot. EMS arrived on scene, and pronounced the man dead.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating.
