The arrest of a third teenager in connection with a "revenge" murder in December marks the fifth arrest in the case.

Louisville police are investigating a homicide after a man hospitalized earlier this month with "unknown trauma" died 13 days later.

Louisville Metro Police said Alex Hanserd, 28, and Deonte Howard, 29, were arrested Tuesday on outstanding warrants for several charges, including murder.

LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating, but have no suspects and have made no arrests.

A man in his 50s was found shot and killed in a car Friday night in Louisville's Park DuValle neighborhood.

Michael Saye Wehdah, a Louisville Metro Corrections Officer, lived in Louisville with his wife and teenage son. 

LMPD spokesperson John Bradley said police responded to a report of a person down in the 2700 block of Cedar Street, near West Muhammad Ali Boulevard, around 10:30 a.m. 

A man shot and killed in Louisville's east end has been identified.

Victor Jones, 43, was killed in a shooting that happened in the 2700 block of Brownsboro Road on Jan. 18, 2024.

It happened Sunday, Jan. 5, after police responded to a reported shooting in the 1300 block of Cypress Street around 1 p.m. on a report that a woman had been shot multiple times.
