LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville police are investigating a homicide after a man hospitalized earlier this month with "unknown trauma" died 13 days later.
Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Aaron Ellis said the Homicide Unit opened an investigation into the death of a man from the 100 block of West Burnett Avenue. It's unclear if that's just where the man lived or that's where the crime occurred.
On Nov. 4, the man was brought by EMS to UofL Hospital. He died there Nov. 17.
In the autopsy, the medical examiner's office said foul play was suspected, LMPD said. There are no known suspects right now.
