A man is dead after a shooting in Louisville's west end Saturday afternoon.

A man was killed and another was injured Thursday night after a shooting in Louisville's Russell neighborhood.

LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating. 

Officers said both shootings are related and happened at or near 38th and Broadway.

A spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police said officers were called to the 1600 block of Moore Court just after 7 p.m. Monday on a reported shooting.
