The ribbon cutting is scheduled for 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon -- less than three months after officials held a groundbreaking ceremony in late June.
The $20 million project will widen and improve Charlestown Pike from Holmans Lane to Salem-Noble Road, as well as Utica-Sellersburg Road from Charlestown Pike to State Road 62.
