An Indianapolis 500 fan whose vehicle was damaged when a tire flew off a racecar and out of the track during the race will receive a new car, an Indianapolis Motor Speedway spokesperson said.

Momentum Motorsports is a DIY garage that allows car owners the opportunity to come and work on their cars in a safe environment. 

The Madison Regatta wrapped up on Sunday after three days of hydroplane boat races on the Ohio River.

The southern Indiana tradition is one of the nation's oldest and largest hydroplane races.

The speedway allowed the seniors to cross the finish line of their hometown racetrack. 

This year feels a little extra special since the Gold Cup is back in Madison for the first time in nearly four decades.

The race will be held during the Madison Regatta and Roostertail Music Festival weekend on July 4-7.
