KSP is investigating the crash.

Water service was briefly suspended for the city near Fort Knox on Thursday after a "large leak," according to the city. 

There is no timetable on how long water will be unavailable.

The crash was reported on Highway 31 W in Muldraugh, Kentucky, according to polcie. 

Other tenants say the living conditions at the complex are horrid. They cite mice, rodents, mold, bed bugs and buildings that are nearly falling apart.
