Louisville Metro Police were called to the park just after 1:30 a.m. on June 23 after receiving a report of a person down.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say an officer was trying to make a "low-speed U-turn" when a motorcycle traveling in the same direction hit the police cruiser on the driver's side. 

Police say two people have been arrested and a third suspect is still on the loose after a string of incidents that spanned several neighborhoods Monday afternoon.
