An event on Sunday at Alberta O. Jones Park shared the importance of organ donations and tried to help a Louisville man find a kidney donor.

Thursday afternoon, Alyssa Grimes and Kayla Doty were met with excitement for a living organ donor walk.

The program encourages students to express their passion for organ donation and transplantation in any way that inspires them and motivates others to sign up as donors.
