According to court documents, Abelson Barthelemy filed the suit in Jefferson Circuit Court Thursday against the Vibes Nightclub; owner Allen Evans, III; Sentryx Security, LLC; Generation Now, LLC; and Harlow.
Ronnie O'Bannon will be placed on home incarceration after his bond was posted, a spokesperson with Louisville Metro Corrections told WDRB News on Tuesday.
Police on Wednesday identified Ronnie O'Bannon, who is the DJ for Louisville rapper Jack Harlow, as a person of interest in the shooting death of Torre Foree.
"Nothing can reverse what happened," Harlow said in the post. "Too many lives have been changed forever."
Ronnie O'Bannon, who is the DJ for Louisville rapper Jack Harlow, turned himself in to Louisville Metro Police after a warrant was issued for an arrest in connection to the May 1 fatal shooting of Kasmira Nash.
