It happened around 1 a.m. in the 300 block of Barcelona Drive, off South English Station Road.

TRIMARC reports the crash happened at mile marker 8.6 near the Gene Snyder Freeway in eastern Jefferson County. 

Some were working off Dixie Highway, near the intersection of Maryman Road and Nancy Lane, on Tuesday.

In the final hours before snow and bitterly cold temperatures arrive in Louisville, Metro Public Works crews put the final touches on their work to prepare the roads.

The project, which started Wednesday, will install a concrete median on Herr Lane that will block access to and from Westport Road, to and from Westmar Terrace and Bob Farnon Way.

A portion of the intersection at Main Street and 2nd Street in downtown Louisville will be closed on Saturday.

A homeless encampment off Interstate 264 and Southern Parkway is now cleared out. 

Metro Public Works says all road projects being done are projects that were scheduled months in advance, but the decrease in traffic from COVID-19 is allowing crews to complete more projects than usual.
