A 35-year-old southern Indiana man died after being hit by an SUV on Interstate 65 Sunday night.
The baby was transported by helicopter to Norton Children's Hospital in downtown Louisville where doctors said the baby had a skull fracture and fractured arm, Huls said
Terry Richards was arrested and charged with one count of causing death when operating a vehicle with an Alcohol Concentration Equivalent (ACE) of .08 or more and one count of causing death when operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
