The situation began Monday night in a parking lot off Dixie Highway and ended with a crash at Crums Lane.

The lawsuit claims wrongful death and that the officers involved in the chase were reckless.

Two people were killed when the chase ended in a crash. A 9-month-old was critically injured and later died.
