Principal Pam Hall said this is a big accomplishment for the team.
"We are so excited. It's the first time that we've been back in the state finals in 30 years. And 32 years ago, Coach Sherron Wilkerson, who is of course our coach of the boys team, led us to our first and only state championship until tomorrow night. So it's a pretty exciting time right now," Hall said.
Fishers comes into the game with a 30-and-0 record, hoping for a second consecutive championship. The game tips off at 8:15 p.m. in Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
