LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- From breakout plays to becoming a leader in the locker room, Louisville linebacker T.J. Quinn is turning heads in the ACC this season.

A standout for the Cardinals' defense, Quinn was named ACC Linebacker of the Week earlier this year after his two interceptions against Pittsburgh. The fifth-year player — who hasn't ever been in the portal — jumped a route in the fourth quarter for his second pick, sealing the game for Louisville.

This week, Sidney Depp sat down with Quinn, who's making his presence known under head coach Jeff Brohm. He broke down his game-changing interception against Pittsburgh, what that first ACC win of the season meant to the team and how he's growing into a vocal leader on and off the field.

Quinn also opened up about his mindset as a defensive playmaker, how he studies the game and what fuels his drive to push harder every week. Whether it's sacks, tackles or turning the tide with clutch turnovers, Quinn is proving to be a difference-maker for Louisville.
