If Johnson is convicted of his charges, he faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison, according to a news release from United States Attorney Russell Coleman's office.Â
During Friday's hearing, Judge Jennifer Wilcox ordered Johnson to have no firearms or deadly weapons while the case is pending.
