An ER report done at the Schneck Medical Center obtained by WDRB News reveals doctors were "Concern the patient may (have) ingested ethylene glycol or methanol."
Ta'Neasha Chappell, who died while in the custody of the Jackson County Jail in July, would have turned 24 on Sept. 29.
