A man died and a woman is in the hospital after a shooting near the University of Louisville's campus Sunday morning.
The shooting was reported around 12:16 a.m. Sunday, May 4, in the 400 block of University Boulevard, near Eastern Parkway.
While many people were celebrating during Derby weekend, violence was unfolding in Louisville.Â
