Chef Shaq grew up in Louisville and says his mission is to not only live in the community, but be in the community.
Chef Shaq Kitchen has two locations - one on West Market Street and one on South 5th Street. They're both open Tuesday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
