LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Summer break is coming to an end, the kids are back in school, and everyone is starting to get back into a routine.

A long night at practices or meetings can leave you wondering what to make for dinner, and you're usually wanting something quick, easy, and filling.

Kroger has several ideas for back-to-school dinners that your kids will love!

All of the ingredients for each recipe can be found at your local Kroger.

Campbell's Easy Chicken Pot Pie

  • Serves: 4
  • Prep: 10 minutes
  • Cook: 20 minutes
  • Total: 30 minutes
  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup or 98% Fat-Free Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup reduced fat (2%) milk, divided
  • 1 package (12 oz. or 2 1/4 cups) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas), thawed
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey, cooked and cubed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In 9” ovenproof skillet, stir together soup, 1/2 cup milk, vegetables and chicken or turkey.
  3. In small bowl, stir together remaining 1/2 cup milk, egg and baking mix. Spread batter over chicken mixture.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Sausage and Tortellini Skillet

  • Serves: 6
  • Prep: 5 minutes
  • Cook: 15 minutes
  • Total: 20 minutes
  • Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 container (19 oz.) Kroger Brand Cheese Tortellini
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 package (14 oz.) Kroger Brand Smoked Sausage, sliced
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) Kroger Brand Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic seasoning blend

Directions:

  1. Prepare tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and coleslaw mix. Cook until sausage is lightly browned and coleslaw is softened.
  3. Add tortellini and garlic seasoning blend. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
