Louisville woman killed during routine garbage cleanup was victim of 'tragic accident,' mayor says

An investigation is underway after a person died while Louisville Solid Waste Management employees in the 2500 block of Cedar Street near 26th Street were doing a routine alley cleanup with a garbage truck.
