Groups, donors get connected during Give for Good Louisville for the 10th year

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Give for Good Louisville is the region's biggest day of online giving, and is happening on Thursday, Sept. 14.

WDRB's Keith Kaiser joins some organizations at Slugger Field getting ready for a big day of receiving donations.

For the past 10 years, the Community Foundation of Louisville has helped organizations participating in Give for Good Louisville gain valuable exposure, build operational capacity, and expand their donor base.

They have inspired more than 137,300 people to invest $50.6 million into local organizations.

One act of kindness, one spark of hope, can ignite an entire community, lifting up organizations that work every day to make Kentuckiana better.

Be the spark that ignites change by donating to your favorite community causes between midnight and 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14.

Starting at 7 a.m., tune in virtually to the Community Foundation's Give for Good livestream throughout the Giving Day for insightful discussions focused on the causes you love, prize announcements, donor shout outs, and more.
