Kentucky Science Center School's Out Science Camps provide hands-on experience for your pre-K and gradeschool-aged kids during days off, breaks and summer vacations.
It's educational experiences that inform, engage and entertain.
Spring Break 2014 Camps: March 31st - April 4th: Daily activities vary but follow the camp theme.
Half-day Camps for pre-K through 6th
Time: 8:00am - 12noon
Cost: $20/day Members; $25/day Non-Members
Pre K-K (Ages 4-5): Twinkle Little Star
Explore the planets, comets and the night sky in a camp that is out of this world.
Full-day Camps for grades K-6
Time: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Cost: $40/day Members; $45/ day Non-Members
Grades K-1 (Ages 5-6): Pirate Science
Learn how to walk, talk and sail like Captain Jack and discover the science of being a pirate.
Grades 2-3 (Ages 7-8): Modern Marvels
Learn about some of history's most important (and most unusual) inventions and engineer one of your own.
Grades 4-6 (Ages 9-11): KY Unearthed
Was Louisville once underneath a mile-high glacier? Uncover all things Kentucky as you investigate our regional flora, fauna, and amazing geological formations.
