BARDSTOWN, Ky. (WDRB) -- Guthrie Opportunity Center helps people with challenges connect with the community.

The Guthrie Opportunity Center is a non-profit organization serving people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in the Nelson County, KY community.
Their mission is to enhance their lives and the lives of the families who love them.
Through job training, community employment, day services, advocacy, arts and social recreation, the goal is to assist these citizens with finding new friends, realizing future career paths, seeking independence and community integration, and unleashing creative passions.
On-The-GO Foods is a retail and catering program in collaboration with the Guthrie Opportunity Center (GOC).
By supporting On-The-GO Foods with the purchase of lunch, take and bake meals, or catering services, you help participants with job training and funding to carry out the mission.
