Workers clean up mail spill on I-264

Representatives of the U.S. Postal Service as well as a third-party contractor cleaned up a spill of undeliverable mail on I-264 on March 21, 2022. The mail was in the process of being transported to a recycling center by the third party contractor when it fell from a trailer that was unsecured.

The U.S. Postal Service said the items on the truck were not "live mail," meaning that none of the mail would have been deliverable in the first place.
