The event is set to draw in 1,000 athletes, more than 2,000 spectators and $2.2 million in revenue to Louisville's economy.
Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) will hold its indoor track and field state championship in March 2024.
While the facility has attracted more than a half-million visitors since opening, including 250,000 athletes, concerns remain about its impact on the surrounding community.
