New York Attorney General Letitia James is calling for an investigation of Amazon, after the online shopping giant fired an employee who staged a walkout in Staten Island.
An Amazon official said the company received the conformation Thursday, and that the employee was last in the warehouse, known as SDF-8, on March 26.
The online retailer changed its policy to ensure that scarce medical supplies are available for hospitals.
