Arthur Simson appears in Jefferson District Court on Monday, Sept. 25, 2023. Simson was arrested on Friday, Sept. 15, 2023, and charged with two counts of murder and four counts of second-degree assault. The charges are in connection with the Aug. 27, 2023 shootings outside the Southern Restaurant and Lounge in downtown Louisville, that left two people dead.
