The scene unfolded around 3 a.m. near the intersection of Grinstead Drive and Bardstown Road, shortly after nearby bars were closing for the night.
Two weekends in a row, large crowds gathered along the busy entertainment corridor — blocking traffic, dancing on cars and, in one case, leading to arrests.
The response comes after last weekend’s unrest, when a crowd swelled into the street, sparking multiple fights.Â
