Bird is rolling out a fleet of electric scooters in Louisville to provide transportation options as the city begins a phased approach to reopening.
The company says more people are choosing to use the electric scooter as a safe way to get around and practice social distancing.
The ordinance would also make it illegal to be pulled by a car while on a scooter or other modes of transportation.Â
