Janitors discovered the playground at Blue Lick Elementary on fire Wednesday night.
Those juveniles have both been charged with first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree wanton endangerment.
The clock is ticking for volunteers raising money to rebuild the playground at Blue Lick Elementary School after vandals torched it late last year.Â
