The ordinance would give Alcohol Beverage Control the authority to suspend a liquor license immediately after a shooting at a business.
The restaurant will relinquish their extended 2-4 a.m. liquor license for a six-month period in an effort to mitigate future violent incidences.
Nuisance and Abatement signs were posted Tuesday night at Afrokanza and Café 360.
