Authorities arrested Jordan Revlett on Monday in Owensboro, Kentucky.
The FBI on Tuesday arrested a couple from Owensboro, Kentucky, and a man from Benton, Kentucky for their alleged involvement in the riot.
Both of the Vinsons pleaded guilty to parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building, a misdemeanor charge that carries a maximum sentence of six months in prison.
