The site still has a lot of open appointments in the coming days.
The site is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but because of the Kentucky Derby, the vaccination site is only open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
In a move that signals a shift in strategy vaccinating Kentuckians against COVID-19, the mass vaccination site at Cardinal Stadium is shutting down.
